For me, strategy means understanding what you are building, who it is for, why it matters and how to express it clearly. It is also the process of arranging each part of your brand like a puzzle, where every piece supports the others. A launch can fall flat when the story behind the product is not shaped early enough to guide decisions, or when teams build assets without a shared understanding of what the market actually needs. Sometimes a product is ready long before the narrative that will carry it, and sometimes the right partners, communities or early adopters are not engaged at the moment when their support would create the most momentum. Strategy is the work of aligning these pieces so the product, the message and the timing all reinforce each other.
